Letter of guarantee (Page 1):
In case the insured dies without
designating a
beneficiary, then someone from the family should

themselves as a beneficiary to receive the
compensation. This letter is a guarantee that you
are
the beneficiary and if you are
filing the information correctly, otherwise you
can
be fined/prosecuted. The form also needs to be
co-signed
by a guarantor.

If there are multiple beneficiaries and they want the entire compensation to be paid to 1 single beneficiary instead, then all
the beneficiaries need to complete this form.

We know that if you’re making a claim, you’re probably already going through a difficult time. So we think it’s part of our job to make insurance claims as quick and as easy as possible.
We will get in touch with you within seven working days to acknowledge that we’ve received your claim. We aim to then process your claim within a further seven working days. This means we’ll get back in touch with you to let you know the outcome.
Once your claim is approved, the payment will be made via the method you chose on your claim form.
Once approved, we aim to pay all claims within 15 days of approving the claim. Approving a claim usually takes around 14 days – but sometimes this is longer, depending on the claim itself. Generally, business-related claims take longer as these can be more complex. See the question below.

The main things is giving us all the information we need. This includes filling out the claim form accurately and sending us all the supporting documents we’ve requested.
For all claims, please submit your claim application as soon as you can – ideally within seven days of the incident you’re claiming for (or of receiving any medical treatment).
